When you order: your name, email, phone number and delivery address or chosen PUDO locker, the products you buy and the region you shop from.

When you join the newsletter or send a trade enquiry: the details you type in.

We do not see or store your card details. Payment is entered on PayFast's own page.

To take payment, pack and deliver your order, send you order and tracking updates, and answer your questions. This is necessary to perform our contract with you.

To send the newsletter, only if you asked for it. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link.

Only the services needed to fulfil your order: PayFast (payment), PUDO and The Courier Guy or an international courier (delivery), our email provider (order emails) and our hosting provider. Couriers abroad may share delivery details with customs authorities, as for any international parcel.

We never sell your information.

The site uses a small number of essential cookies and browser storage: your chosen region and currency, your basket, and, for the shop owner, the admin sign-in. Visitor statistics, if switched on, are collected without cookies. No advertising cookies are used.

Order records are kept for five years for tax and accounting purposes. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe. Trade enquiries are kept for two years.

Under POPIA (South Africa) and, where it applies to you, the GDPR (UK and EU), you may ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted where we are not required to keep it. You may object to marketing at any time.
