Prices are set and charged in South African rand (ZAR). Prices shown in other currencies are a conversion for your convenience, at the daily European Central Bank rate plus a small margin, and are not a quote in that currency.

Payment is taken by PayFast. If you pay with a foreign card, PayFast or your bank converts the rand amount; the final figure on your statement may differ slightly from the figure shown on this site.

An order is confirmed when PayFast confirms the payment to us. You will receive an email and a tracking page for every confirmed order.

If a product turns out to be unavailable after you have paid, we will contact you and refund that item in full.

Orders are packed in Johannesburg, usually within two working days. In South Africa we deliver by PUDO locker or The Courier Guy, or you may collect by appointment. Abroad we ship by tracked courier.

Delivery times given by couriers are estimates. Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered or collected.

For orders outside South Africa, any customs duties, import taxes and handling fees charged in the destination country are the responsibility of the receiver and are not included in our prices or delivery charges.

It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure a product may be imported into their country. A parcel refused or returned by customs is not eligible for a refund of delivery costs.

Because our products are oils, powders and remedies for personal use, opened products cannot be returned. Unopened products in their original seal may be returned within 7 days of delivery by arrangement; return postage is for the buyer.

If something arrives damaged or wrong, tell us within 7 days with a photo and we will replace or refund it.

Your rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act are not affected.

Products are sold as natural wellness products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Ask a qualified health practitioner before use, especially when pregnant, breastfeeding or on medication.

Essential oils are concentrated: dilute before use on skin, keep away from children and pets, and do not take internally unless a qualified practitioner advises it.
